WHAT KIND OF FIRM are we?
FIRST
This firm deals with conveyancing (freehold and leasehold, domestic and commercial), trust and probate matters, wills, Powers of Attorney, partnership advice and assistance with problems relating to small businesses. We also handle a certain amount of litigation. Where appropriate we try to give useful tax advice in the context of the activities for which we have instructions from clients.
SECOND
From time to time issues arising from rules of European law and legislation are dealt with by us. William Jones
has made this field something of a speciality and is past vice-president of the Association of European Lawyers (Union des Avocats Européens)
THIRD
Also, from our contacts and dealings with French properties we have been able to help individuals buying or selling there. We do not, of course, offer advice on French law as such as we are only qualified in the law of England and Wales but we have found that clients much appreciate support in their dealings with Notaires and others abroad.
